Rear Seatbelt Buckle LH - Vehicles With: Inflatable Seatbelts: Removal

  1. Depower the SRS. Refer to: Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering .
  2. NOTE: The seat backrest latch is only accessible when the seat cushion is raised.
    NOTE: The striker should be in its lowest position for the latch to engage.

    Fold the LH rear seat backrest down.

    1. Raise the seat cushion.
    2. Release the seat latch.
    3. Fold the seat backrest down.

  3. If equipped. Remove the subwoofer.

    1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
    2. Remove the bolt.

      Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)

    3. Remove the nuts.

      Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)

  4. Remove the nut and position the rear center seatbelt anchor aside.

    Torque: 59 lb.ft (80 Nm)

  5. Disconnect the seatbelt buckle electrical connector.

  6. Lift the rear seat backrest up.

  7. Remove the rear seatbelt buckle LH.
