Roof Opening Panel Frame: Removal

Remove the air deflector. Refer to: Air Deflector .
NOTE: A new roof opening panel frame's cable mechanisms will be in the glass closed position. Use the switch to power the cable mechanisms to the vent position before installing the roof opening panel glass.

Remove the roof opening panel glass. Refer to: Roof Opening Panel Glass .
Remove the headliner. Refer to: Headliner - SuperCab .
On both sides, remove the side curtain airbag. Refer to: Side Curtain Airbag - SuperCab .
Remove the roof opening panel bracket.
1. Remove the roof opening panel bracket to vehicle retaining bolt.
  Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
2. Remove the roof opening panel bracket to roof opening panel retainers and remove the bracket.
  Torque: 31 lb.in (3.5 Nm)

1. Disconnect the roof opening panel motor electrical connector.
2. Disconnect the roof opening panel drain hoses from the corners of the roof opening panel frame.

With the help of an assistant, remove the roof opening panel frame bolts.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
