Rear Seat RH - SuperCrew: Removal

All vehicles 

  1. Remove the seat bolts.

    1. Raise the RH seat cushion.
    2. Remove the bolts.

      Torque: 26 lb.ft (35 Nm)

  2. Pull the backrest release strap and fold the seat backrest forward.

  3. Release the hook-and-loop strap and remove the vehicle jack.

    Vehicles without inflatable seatbelts 

  4. Remove the anchor bolt and position the seatbelt aside.

    Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

    Vehicles with inflatable seatbelts 

  5. Depower the SRS. Refer to: Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering .
  6. NOTE: Follow the unique instruction or graphic for this step in installation.

    Open the seatbelt tongue cover.

    1. Push the seatbelt tongue lower cover to one side, lift and disengage that side of the cover.
    2. Push the seatbelt tongue lower cover to one side, lift and disengage that side of the cover.
    3. Push the seatbelt tongue lower cover forward to disengage and open the cover.

  7. NOTE: Follow the unique instruction or graphic for this step in installation.

    Disassemble the lap belt from the seatbelt tongue.

    1. Push down on the lap belt spring clip.
    2. Remove the pin.
    3. Pull the lap belt through the seatbelt tongue cover.

    Vehicles with heated seats or inflatable seatbelts 

  8. Disconnect the electrical connector(s).

    1. If equipped. Disconnect the heated seat electrical connector and detach the wire harness retainer.
    2. If equipped. Disconnect the inflatable seatbelt buckle switch electrical connector.

    All vehicles 

  9. Remove the nuts and the seat.

    Torque: 59 lb.ft (80 Nm)
