Rear Seat LH - SuperCrew: Removal

All vehicles 

  1. Remove the RH seat. Refer to: Rear Seat RH - SuperCrew .
  2. Remove the seat bolts.

    1. Raise the LH seat cushion.
    2. Remove the bolts.

      Torque: 35 lb.ft (47 Nm)

    Vehicles without inflatable seatbelts 

  3. Remove the anchor bolt and position aside the seatbelt.

    Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

  4. Depower the SRS. Refer to: Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering .
  5. NOTE: Follow the unique instruction or graphic for this step in installation.

    Open the seatbelt tongue cover.

    1. Push the seatbelt tongue lower cover to one side, lift and disengage that side of the cover.
    2. Push the seatbelt tongue lower cover to one side, lift and disengage that side of the cover.
    3. Push the seatbelt tongue lower cover forward to disengage and open the cover.

  6. NOTE: Follow the unique instruction or graphic for this step in installation.

    Disassemble the lap belt from the seatbelt tongue.

    1. Push down on the lap belt spring clip.
    2. Remove the pin.
    3. Pull the lap belt through the seatbelt tongue cover.

    All vehicles 

  7. NOTE: The seat backrest latch is only accessible when the seat cushion is raised.
    NOTE: The striker should be in its lowest position for the latch to engage.

    Fold the LH rear seat backrest down.

    1. Raise the seat cushion.
    2. Release the backrest latch.
    3. Fold the backrest down.

  8. If equipped with a subwoofer. Disconnect the electrical connector, remove the fasteners and the subwoofer.

    Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)

    • If equipped. Disconnect the heated seat electrical connector.

    • Remove the seat nuts.

      Torque: 59 lb.ft (80 Nm)

  9. Remove the seat.

    1. Route the center seatbelt through the cushion opening.
    2. Remove the seat.
