Front Bumper - Raptor: Removal

  1. Raise the vehicle on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
  2. Remove the bolts and the spacer.

    Torque

    : 41 lb.ft (55 Nm)

  3. Remove the bolts and the front underbody skid plate.

    Torque

    : 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)

  4. Remove the front bumper nuts.

    Torque

    : 76 lb.ft (103 Nm)

  5. NOTE: On both sides.

    Remove the outer bumper support bolt.

  6. Remove the front bumper trim panel.

  7. Remove the radiator grille.
  8. Remove the air deflector push pins.

  9. NOTE: If equipped.

    Remove the CCM. Refer to: Cruise Control Module (CCM) .

  10. With help of an assistant, remove the nuts and the front bumper.

    Torque

    : 76 lb.ft (103 Nm)
