Rear Wheel Speed Sensor - Vehicles With: Dual Rear Wheels: Removal

NOTE: Typical RH wheel speed sensor shown in illustration.
  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector and detach the harness retainers

  3. Using compressed air, clean the area surrounding the wheel speed sensor.

  4. Detach the harness retainers, remove the bolt and the wheel speed sensor.

    Speed Sensor Torque (Dual Rear Wheel): 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
