Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Coolant Inlet Tube: Installation

- Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine coolant.
Material: Motorcraft® Orange Prediluted Antifreeze/Coolant / VC-3DIL-B (WSS-M97B44-D2)
- Install the EGR coolant inlet tube and fastener.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
- Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine coolant.
Material: Motorcraft® Orange Prediluted Antifreeze/Coolant / VC-3DIL-B (WSS-M97B44-D2)
- Position the EGR coolant inlet tube and install the fastener.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
- Install the fender splash shield. Refer to: Fender Splash Shield .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
