Pressure release

NOTE: For the low-pressure fuel system, put the key in the off position and make sure the fuel pump and sender is not running. Wait two minutes after pump has shut off for the low-pressure system to bleed off pressure.
After the repair is complete, bleed the fuel system. Refer to: Fuel System Bleeding .
