Oil Cooler: Installation

- Install the oil cooler and the retainer.
Torque: 43 lb.ft (58 Nm)

- Connect the coolant hoses.
- Remove the hose locking pliers. Use the General Equipment: Locking Pliers

NOTE: Do not lubricate the O-ring seal.
Install a new oil filter.
Torque:| Stage 1: 44 lb.in (5 Nm) | Stage 2: 180°
- Inspect and adjust the coolant level in the degas bottle
Material: Motorcraft® Orange Concentrated Antifreeze/Coolant / VC-3-B (WSS-M97B44-D)
- Inspect and adjust the engine oil level. Refer to: Specifications .
