Transmission Fluid Cooler Coolant Hose: Removal

- Clamp off the coolant hoses. Use the General Equipment: Locking Pliers
- Follow the directions to release quick release coupling type 25. Disconnect the coolant tubes. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling
.
- Remove the nut and position the transmission fluid cooler coolant tube aside.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
- Remove the bolt and position the transmission fluid cooler coolant tube aside.
Torque: 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)
- Remove the bolt and position the transmission fluid cooler coolant tube aside.
Torque: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)
- Detach the wiring harness retainers.
- Remove the sway bar bracket nuts and lower the front sway bar.
Torque: 41 lb.ft (55 Nm)

- Follow the directions to release quick release coupling type 25. Remove the coolant tube. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
- Release the clamp and remove the transmission fluid cooler coolant hose. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

- Bend the tabs up.
- Open the clamp.
- Separate the transmission fluid cooler coolant hoses.
