Steering Column Shrouds: Removal

  1. Fully extend and lower the steering column.

  2. Release the upper gap hider from the IPC and position aside.

  3. Release the retainers.

    1. Rotate the steering wheel 90 degrees to the left.
    2. Release the LH retainer. Use the General Equipment: Flat Headed Screw Driver
    3. Rotate the steering wheel 180 degrees to the right.
    4. Release the RH retainer. Use the General Equipment: Flat Headed Screw Driver

  4. Release the outer clips on each side and remove the steering column upper shroud.

  5. Remove the steering column lower shroud.

    1. Remove the screws.
    2. Remove the steering column lower shroud.
