B-Pillar Trim Panel - Regular Cab: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Upper and Lower B-Pillar Trim Panels

Position the seat and the backrest fully forward.

NOTE: The seat is removed for clarity.

NOTE: During installation, make sure to attach the scuffplate trim panel at the lower B-pillar trim panel first.

Release the clips and remove the scuff plate trim panel.

Position the weatherstrips aside.

Release the clips and disengage the seatbelt pretensioner boot from the pretensioner bezel.

Remove the pretensioner bezel.

Release the clips and remove the B-pillar lower trim panel.

Upper B-Pillar Trim Panel
Remove the D-ring bolt and position aside the seatbelt.
1. Remove the D-ring trim cover.
2. Remove the D-ring bolt and position aside the seatbelt.
  Torque
  
  : 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

Release the clips and remove the upper B-pillar trim panel.

Push up on the upper B-pillar trim panel.

NOTE: The trim panel must be positioned upward to allow the upper clip to release correctly. Failure to follow this may cause damage to the trim panel.

Remove the upper B-pillar trim panel.
