Rear Brake Inner Flexible Hose: Removal

    1. Disconnect the 2 wheel speed sensor electrical connectors and, if equipped, the EPB electrical connector.
    2. Detach the 7 wiring retainers from the brake hose upper bracket and position the wiring aside.

    1. Disconnect the 2 wheel speed sensor wiring retainers from the brake hose lower bracket.
    2. Detach the 4 wheel speed sensor wiring retainers from the routing brackets and position the wiring aside.

    1. Release the clamp and disconnect the axle vent hose.
    2. If equipped, detach the ELD wiring retainer from the brake hose lower bracket.
    3. Detach the ELD wiring (if equipped) and the axle vent hose from the routing brackets. Position the wiring and axle vent hose aside.

  1. If equipped with EPB, detach the 2 EPB wiring retainers and detach the wiring from the 2 brake routing brackets. Position the EPB wiring aside.

    1. Disconnect the 2 brake tube fittings.

      Torque: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)

    2. Remove and discard the axle vent.

      Torque: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)

    1. Disconnect the 2 brake tube fittings.

      Torque: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)

    2. Remove the brake hose upper bracket bolt and the brake flexible hose and bracket assembly.

      Torque: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)
