Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) Sensor: Removal

Remove the RH fender splash shield. Refer to: Fender Splash Shield .
Disconnect the transmission wiring harness retainers from the stud bolts.

Remove the stud bolts and the heat shield.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

Disconnect the CHT electrical connector.

NOTE: Do not reuse the CHT sensor, install a new sensor.

Remove and discard the CHT sensor.

Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
