Headlamp Assembly: Removal

All vehicles
- Remove the radiator grille. Refer to: Radiator Grille .
- If equipped, remove the fender molding screws and position the fender molding out.
- Remove the upper headlamp bolts and the push pin.
Torque: 36 lb.in (4.1 Nm)
Vehicles with halogen headlamps
- Disconnect the marker lamp electrical connector.
All vehicles

- Remove the lower headlamp bolts.
Torque: 155 lb.in (17.5 Nm)
- If equipped, release the air duct clips from the bottom of the headlamp assembly.
- Remove the headlamp assembly.
Vehicles with halogen headlamps
- Remove the lower headlamp bolts.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the headlamp assembly.
Vehicles with LED headlamps
- Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the headlamp assembly.
