Pinpoint Test P : The Turbo Boost Gauge Is Inoperative (Diesel Only): Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

See Turbo Boost Gauge (Diesel Only). Refer to: Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) - System Operation and Component Description .

If the turbo boost data message is missing for less than 5 seconds, the IPC defaults the turbo boost gauge to the last setting, based upon the last message received.

If the turbo boost data message is missing for 5 seconds or longer, the IPC defaults the turbo boost gauge to 0 psi.
