The message center provides towing system messages to indicate the status of the neutral tow feature when the neutral tow system is enabled and the vehicle is capable of free-rolling. The IPC receives the 4x4 high/low status message from the GWM over the HS-CAN3. The GWM receives the 4x4 high/low status message from the TCCM over the HS-CAN2.
