Hill Start Assist

The message center provides a hill start assist fault message to inform the driver of a hill start assist fault. The IPC receives the hill start assist status message request from the GWM over the HS-CAN3. The GWM receives the hill start assist status message request from the ABS module over the HS-CAN2.
