WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2018 Ford F-550 Super Duty, 2018 Ford F-450 Super Duty, 2018 Ford F-350 Super Duty, and 2018 Ford F-250 Super Duty. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The trailer lighting display provides trailer running, stop and turn lights whenever a trailer is connected. The display shows an image of a trailer from the rear with individual lamps in typical locations. The lights are either filled or highlighted depending on the lamps status along with a text status for the lighting system.

The IPC uses the following inputs to display the trailer lighting.

The IPC receives all messaged inputs from the GWM over the HS-CAN3.

The GWM receives the parklamp status message from the BCM over the HS-CAN1.

The GWM receives the trailer lamp connected, trailer turn indicator status and the trailer lamp out messages from the TRM over the MS-CAN.
