- Verify the customer concern by operating the heated seats and snowplow.
- Verify BJB fuse is ok.
- If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause (if possible) before proceeding.
- Using the diagnostic scan tool, retrieve all Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). Refer to the appropriate DTC Chart below.
