Reductant Pressure Line: Installation

- Install the reductant pressure line and then connect the reductant pressure line connector.

NOTE: Make sure the reductant pressure line heat shield is installed back in position. Failure to do so can cause system overheating or freeze up.
Install the reductant injector reductant pressure line heat shield.

NOTE: Inboard frame mounted reductant tank shown, others are similar.NOTE: The length of the reductant pressure line, the number and location of the reductant pressure line retainers will vary with the many body, chassis, frame, and reductant tank configurations.
Attach the reductant pressure line retainers.

- Connect the reductant pressure line heater electrical connector.
- Connect the reductant pressure line quick release coupling to the reductant pump. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
- Attach the reductant pressure line to the reductant tank cover retainer and the reductant tank.

Install the lower reductant tank cover access door, and then install the lower reductant tank cover access door retainer.
