Reductant Injector: Installation

- Install the reductant injector gasket. Install the reductant injector, then install and tighten the reductant injector retaining nuts.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)
- Connect electrical connector to the reductant injector.
- Connect the reductant pressure line connector straight on the reductant injector nipple. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling

NOTE: Make sure the reductant pressure line heat shield is installed back in position. Failure to do so can cause system overheating or freeze up.
Install the reductant injector reductant pressure line heat shield.
