Fuel Tank Filler Pipe: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to appropriate service information
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer t Battery Disconnect and Connect
- Remove the rear driveshaft. Refer to: Rear Driveshaft .
- Release the clamp and position the fuel filler pipe aside.
Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
- Disconnect the fuel tank filler pipe vapor tube quick release coupling. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling
.
- Remove the bolt and the fuel tank filler pipe.
Torque: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)
