Rear Seat Latch: Removal

- Remove the rear seat. Refer to: Rear Seat LH - Super Cab . Refer to: Rear Seat RH - Super Cab . Refer to: Rear Seat LH - Crew Cab . Refer to: Rear Seat RH - Crew Cab .
- Open the outboard side of the cushion cover.
- Release the cushion lower J-clip.
- Release the hook-and-loop strip.
- Unzip and open the outboard side of the cushion cover.
Vehicles with inflatable seatbelts and rear under seat storage
- Remove the lower seatbelt retractor cover and the rear seat side shield.
- Remove the dust boot.
- Remove the screws.
- Remove the cover while feeding the seatbelt through the opening.
- Remove the screw.
- Release the retainers and remove the side shield.
Vehicles with inflatable seatbelts and without rear under seat storage
- Remove the lower seatbelt retractor cover and the rear seat side shield.
- Remove the dust boot.
- Remove the screws.
- Remove the cover while feeding the seatbelt through the opening.
- Remove the screw and the side shield.
Vehicles without inflatable seatbelts and rear under seat storage
- Remove the screw and the rear seat side shield.
All vehicles
- Remove the bolts and the outboard riser.
Torque: 24 lb.ft (32 Nm)
- Remove the bolt and the cushion latch assembly.
Torque: 24 lb.ft (32 Nm)
