Rear Seat Cushion Cover - Crew Cab: Removal

NOTE: LH (left-hand) shown, RH (right-hand) similar.
NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the seat. Refer to: Rear Seat LH - Crew Cab  . Refer to: Rear Seat RH - Crew Cab  .
  2. Release the lower cushion cover.

    1. Release the cushion cover lower J-clip.
    2. Unzip the cushion cover.

    Vehicles with heated seats 

  3. Release the backrest cover lower J-clip.

  4. Release the backrest cover rear strap and position aside.

  5. Disconnect the heated seat electrical connector.

    All vehicles 

  6. NOTE: Use care when separating the seat cushion cover from the hook-and-arrow strip or the hook can be torn from the foam.

    Remove the cushion cover from the foam.

    1. Release the hook-and-arrows.
    2. Release the hook-and-loop strips.

  7. NOTE: This step is only necessary when installing a new component.

    Remove the cushion foam.
