Rear Seat Backrest - Crew Cab: Removal

- Remove the seat. Refer to: Rear Seat LH - Crew Cab . Refer to: Rear Seat RH - Crew Cab .
- Remove the rear seat side shield(s).
- Remove the screws and the rear seat inboard side shield.
- If equipped without rear under seat storage. Remove the screw and the rear seat outboard side shield.
Vehicles with rear under seat storage
- Remove the rear seat side shield.
- Remove the screw.
- Release the retainers.
- Remove the screws and the outboard pivot bolt cover.
All vehicles
- Release the backrest cover lower J-clip.
- On both sides, unzip the backrest cover.
- Release the backrest cover rear strap and position aside.
- If equipped. Disconnect the heated seat electrical connectors.
- Remove the inboard and outboard pivot bolts. Remove the backrest.
Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
