Tailgate Damper: Removal

NOTE:
Pay particular attention to the tailgate damper orientation to aid in installation.
- Remove the RH tail lamp assembly. Refer to: Rear Lamp Assembly .

NOTE: The lower tailgate damper retainer is accessed from below the vehicle.
Release the retainer clips and remove the tailgate damper. Use the General Equipment: Flat-Bladed Screwdriver
