If the rear window defrost is still inoperative, GO to Pinpoint Test A If the rear window defrost operates, DIAGNOSE the inoperative voice command system. Refer to the appropriate Information and Entertainment System article for the procedure.
The defrost system does not respond to touchscreen command only	Refer to the Pinpoint Test	VERIFY the rear window defrost operation using the instrument panel rear window defrost switch. If the rear window defrost is still inoperative, GO to Pinpoint Test A If the rear window defrost operates, DIAGNOSE the inoperative touchscreen system.
