Exhaust Manifold LH: Removal

- Remove the following items:
- Refer to: Turbocharger .
- Refer to: Turbocharger Inlet Pipe LH .
- Remove the bolts, upper bracket and the fuel tube isolators.

NOTE: Mark the location of the bracket before loosening the bolt.
Loosen the bolt and position the fuel tube bracket aside.
- Remove the bolts and the LH exhaust manifold heat shield.
- Remove and discard the exhaust manifold studs.

NOTE: Mark the location of the spacers before removal.
- Remove the nuts, spacers and the LH exhaust manifold.
- Discard the nuts.

NOTE: Cylinder number 8 will have longer exhaust manifold studs.
- Remove and discard the exhaust manifold gasket.
- Replace any exhaust manifold stud(s) that are damaged or removed with the nut.
