Ignition Coil-On-Plug: Installation

  1. Inspect the ignition coil-on-plug assembly for cracks, rips, or tears. Replace any damaged coil-on-plug boots or coil-on-plug assemblies as needed.

    • Install the ignition coil-on-plugs.

    • Install and tighten the ignition coil-on-plug retaining bolts.

      Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)

  3. Attach the wiring harness retainers and then connect the ignition coil-on-plug electrical connectors.
