DTC Description Action
B130F:12 Run Accessory Control: Circuit Short To Battery GO to Pinpoint Test A 
B130F:14 Run Accessory Control: Circuit Short To Ground or Open If the windshield wipers are inoperative, GO to Pinpoint Test A 
If the windshield wipers operate with the ignition off, GO to Pinpoint Test D
