Removal And Installation: Fender: Removal

Remove the fender splash shield. Refer to: Fender Splash Shield .
Remove the front fender moulding. Refer to: Front Fender Moulding - F-450/F-550 .
Remove the fender insulator.

Remove the bolt.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)

Open the door.

Lift the corner of the cowl panel grille upward and remove the bolt.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

Remove the headlamp assembly. Refer to: Headlamp Assembly .
Remove the bolt.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)

Cut the foam sealant between the expandable foam baffle and the body. Use the General Equipment: Knife

Remove the bolts and the fender.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

Remove any excess debris left on the body.
