Transfer Case Rear Seal - Vehicles With: Slip Yoke: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
- Remove the rear driveshaft.
- Refer to: Rear Driveshaft .
- Disconnect the driveshaft. Index mark the driveshaft and output shaft.
- Remove and discard the driveshaft to output shaft bolts.
- Disconnect and support the driveshaft.
- Remove the rear output shaft seal.
