Track Bar Ball Joint - Vehicles With: Integral Ball Joint: Removal

Suspension fasteners are critical parts that affect the performance of vital components and systems. Failure of these fasteners may result in major service expense. Use the same or equivalent parts if replacement is necessary. Do not use a replacement part of lesser quality or substitute design. Tighten fasteners as specified.
- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
- Remove the track bar. Refer to: Track Bar - Vehicles With: Integral Ball Joint .
- Remove the track bar ball joint boot.
- Remove the track bar ball joint. Use Special Service Tool: 204-355 Remover/Installer, Ball Joint., 205-086 (T74P-4635-C) Installer/Remover, C-Frame and Screw.
