Ball Joint: Installation

Clean and inspect the wheel spindle/wheel knuckle ball joint bores. Use the General Equipment: Vise

NOTE: To avoid damage to components, do not use heat to aid installation.

NOTE: The upper ball joint must be installed first.

Install the upper ball joint. Use Special Service Tool: 205-086 (T74P-4635-C) Installer/Remover, C-Frame and Screw., 204-355 Remover/Installer, Ball Joint. Use the General Equipment: Vise

Install the lower ball joint. Use Special Service Tool: 205-086 (T74P-4635-C) Installer/Remover, C-Frame and Screw., 204-358 Remover/Installer, Ball Joint. Use the General Equipment: Vise
