Pinpoint Test C : No Engagement - Both Forward And Reverse

- Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
- No forward and no reverse
- Check the transmission fluid level. REFER to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
- Check for low line pressure. If line pressure is out of specification, use the Line Pressure Diagnosis Chart for further diagnostics. REFER to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
- Inspect the torque converter turbine splines for damage. INSTALL a new torque converter if damage is found. REFER to: Transmission - 6.8L Triton-30V - V10 . REFER to: Transmission - 6.7L Power Stroke Diesel .
- Inspect the pump assembly for damage or wear. REFER to: Pump Assembly .
- Inspect the planetary gear set for damage. INSTALL new components as necessary. REFER to: Transmission .
- Inspect the overdrive clutch cylinder and input shaft weld. INSTALL new components as necessary. REFER to: Transmission .
