Drive Pinion Seal: Installation

- Clean and lube the pinion seal.
- Clean the pinion seal mating surface.
- Lube the pinion seal lip.
Material: Motorcraft® Premium Long-Life Grease / XG-1-E1 (ESA-M1C75-B)
- Using the special tools, install the drive pinion seal. Use Special Service Tool: 205-935 Installer, Pinion Seal., 205-1018 Installation Tube.
- Install the drive pinion flange. Refer to: Drive Pinion Flange .
