Axle Shaft Seal: Removal

- Remove the wheel bearing and wheel hub assemblies. Refer to: Front Wheel Bearing and Wheel Hub .
- Using a general equipment, drive the axle shaft knuckle seal out of the wheel knuckle. Discard the seal.. Use the General Equipment: Punch
- Remove the axle shaft and knuckle seal.
- Clean and inspect the axle shaft.
