Axle Shaft Seal - Inner: Removal

- Remove the differential carrier. Refer to Differential Carrier .

NOTE: Right side shown, left side similar.
Using a special tool, drive the inner axle shaft oil seal out of the differential housing from the axle tube. Discard the seal.
Use Special Service Tool: 308-047 (T77F-1102-A) Remover, Bearing Cup , 205-241 (T86P-3514-A) Remover, Halfshaft , 100-001 (T50T-100-A) Slide Hammer .
