Condition Possible Causes Actions
The heated steering wheel is inoperative or does not operate correctly Refer to SECM DTC Chart  Using a diagnostic scan tool, CARRY OUT the Steering Effort Control Module (SECM) self-test. If DTCs are present, REFER to SECM DTC Chart  . If no DTCs are present, INSTALL a new steering wheel. REFER to: Steering Wheel - Vehicles With: Adaptive Steering .
