Rear Door Lower Latch - Super Cab: Removal

Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to: Rear Door Trim Panel - Super Cab .
Remove the watershield.

Remove the interior rear door handle. Refer to: Interior Rear Door Handle - Super Cab .
Remove the rear door lower latch bolts.
Torque: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

Remove the rear door lower latch.
1. Route the cable and grommet through the inner door.
2. Detach the tape.
3. Release the cable routing clip.
4. Disconnect the rear door ajar switch.
5. Remove the rear door lower latch.
