Rear Wheel Speed Sensor - Vehicles With: Single Rear Wheels: Removal

NOTE: Typical RH wheel speed sensor shown.
  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector and detach the harness retainers.

  3. Detach the harness retainers from the axle.

  4. Using compressed air, clean the area surrounding the wheel speed sensor.

  5. Detach the harness retainer, remove the bolt and the wheel speed sensor.

    Torque: 177 lb.in (20 Nm) - Vehicles With: Single Rear Wheels
