Reconfigurable Telltale (RTT) Indicators
Adaptive Cruise Control (If Equipped)
The IPC provides the speed setting display, speed control Reconfigurable Telltale (RTT) indicator and the follow vehicle distance graphic on the message center.
The IPC receives the cruise control status display and cruise control set speed display messages from the GWM over the HS-CAN3. The GWM receives the cruise control status display and cruise control set speed display messages from the PCM over the HS-CAN1.
Auto High Beam (If Equipped)
The IPMA sends the auto high beam status display to the GWM over the HS-CAN2. The GWM sends the auto high beam status display to the IPC over the HS-CAN3 to indicate the auto high beam system is activated and illuminate the RTT indicator.
Cruise Control
The IPC provides both the speed setting display and a speed control Reconfigurable Telltale (RTT) indicator on the message center.
The IPC receives the cruise control status display and cruise control set speed display messages from the GWM over the HS-CAN3. The GWM receives the cruise control status display and cruise control set speed display messages from the PCM over the HS-CAN1.
Diesel Particulate Filter Warning (Diesel Only)
The IPC provides the diesel particulate filter warning RTT indicator when the particulate filter is at or near saturation, and the auto or manual regeneration (cleaning) is required.
The IPC sends a diesel particulate filter warning indicator request message to the GWM over the HS-CAN3. The GWM sends a diesel particulate filter warning indicator request message to the PCM over the HS-CAN1.
SelectShift®
The IPC provides an upshift and downshift RTT indicator when the SelectShift® is activated. The shift indication will display a suggested upshift or downshift arrow to optimize shifting, and will display the selected transmission gear.
The PCM sends the manual shift indicator display message to the GWM over the HS-CAN1. The GWM sends the manual shift indicator display message to the IPC over the HS-CAN3.
