Engine Mount RH: Installation

All vehicles 

1. Install the engine mount and bolts.

   Torque: 52 lb.ft (70 Nm)

2. 1. Position the underbody shield and install the pin type retainer.
   2. Install the bolts.

   All vehicles 

5. • Using the special tools, lower the engine onto the engine mounts.
   • Remove Special Service Tool: 303-F070 Support Bar, Engine., 303-639 Support Bracket, Engine.

6. Install the RH engine mount nut.

   Torque: 46 lb.ft (63 Nm)

7. Install the LH engine mount nut.

   Torque: 46 lb.ft (63 Nm)

8. Install the radiator top shield and the retainers.

9. Install the following items:
   1. Intake manifold. Refer to: Intake Manifold .
   2. Refer to: Air Cleaner .

10. Connect the battery positive and ground cables. Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect .
11. Pressurize the fuel system. Refer to: Fuel System Pressure Release .
12. Road test the vehicle.
