Oil Pressure Switch: Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
Disconnect the oil pressure switch electrical connector.

- H.O. equipped engines have an
  Oil Pressure Sensor and a different torque. Refer to: Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) Sensor .
- Remove and discard the oil pressure switch.
  Torque: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)
