Ignition Coil-On-Plug - Vehicles With: Race Track Pack: Removal

Left side:
- Remove the following items:
- Disconnect the crank case sensor connector.
- Disconnect the PCV quick release coupling and position aside PCV hoses out of the way. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .
- Remove the LH ignition coil-on-plug cover.
- Depress the locking tab on each ignition coil-on-plug electrical connector and disconnect them from the ignition coils.

NOTE: Use compressed air to remove any foreign material from the ignition coil-on-plugs and surrounding area before removing the ignition coil-on-plug assemblies.NOTE: When removing the ignition coil-on-plugs, a slight twisting motion will break the seal and ease removal.
- Remove the ignition coil-on-plug mounting bolts.
- Remove the ignition coil-on-plugs.
Right side:
- If equipped: Release the clamp, disconnect the oil drain hose and remove the fastener.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
- If equipped: Disconnect the quick connect couplings and remove the oil separator. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling
.
- Detach the wiring harness straps and retainers.
- If equipped: Remove the fasteners and bracket.
Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
- Remove the RH ignition coil on plug cover.
- Depress the locking tab on each ignition coil-on-plug electrical connector and disconnect them from the ignition coils.

- Remove the ignition coil-on-plug bolts.
