Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal

Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to: Engine Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud. Refer to: Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud .

- Release the clamp and disconnect the coolant hose. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- Release the clips and disconnect the coolant hoses.
- Release the clamp and disconnect the upper radiator hose. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- Remove the bolts and the upper radiator support bracket.
Torque: 93 lb.in (10.5 Nm)
- Release the clip and disconnect the coolant hose.

NOTE: Front bumper removed for clarity.
- Position the radiator towards the engine.
- Release the upper tabs and position the A/C condenser aside.
- Remove the radiator.
