Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) Sensor: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview
- Disconnect the EOP sensor electrical connector.
- Non H.O. equipped engines have an Oil Pressure Switch and a different torque. Refer to: Oil Pressure Switch
- Remove and discard the EOP sensor.
Torque: Stage 1: 133 lb.in (15 Nm) Stage 2: 450deg. Stage 3: 26 lb.ft (35 Nm)
