Virtual Power Gauge (High-Level IPC)

The power gauge is selected in the settings menu and displays in the IPC dual gauge mode, when the sport or sand/snow drive mode is selected. The power gauge displays power to the wheels in kW when the driver accelerates or maintains speed. The high voltage battery power and engine power contributions are distinguished by color, and added together to indicate total power to the wheels. When the driver slows the vehicle by releasing the accelerator or pressing the brake pedal, the power captured by the regenerative braking system and returned to the high voltage battery is displayed in green.

The IPC receives the power regeneration average display message from the GWM over the HS-CAN3. The GWM receives the power regeneration average display message from the SOBDMC over the HS-CAN1.
