Pinpoint Test BZ: U2200:00 Or U3000:44

  1. DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 
    DTC Description Fault Trigger Condition
    IPC U2200:00 Control Module Configuration Memory Corrupt: No Sub Type Information Sets in continuous memory in the IPC when the IPC detects a non-volatile memory failure.
    IPC U3000:44 Control Module: Data Memory Failure Sets in the IPC when the IPC detects non-volatile memory (NVM) odometer failure.

    Possible Sources 

    • IPC

  2. BZ1 RETRIEVE IPC (INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER) DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES (DTCS)

    • Ignition ON.

    • Using a diagnostic scan tool, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).

    • Wait 10 seconds.

    • Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the IPC self-test.

    Is U2200:00 or U3000:44 recorded? 

    Yes  INSTALL a new IPC. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER (IPC) .
    No  The system is operating correctly at this time.
